FAQ

Can't find your answer? Ask us on the SSR Discord.

Does it cost anything to play? +

No. Entry is free.

Who can play? +

Players from the 20 allowed SADC and East African countries, on mobile or tablet. The full list is on the Rules page.

How big is a team? +

Six or seven players, all wearing the same clan tag in game.

Where do I find my UID? +

In CODM, tap your profile picture. The UID is the 18- or 19-digit number under your name.

I changed my IGN. Will my results still count? +

Yes. Your results are tied to your UID, not your name, so they stay with you whatever you change your IGN to.

Why do I have to link my Discord? +

It keeps your results with you when you change your IGN or switch accounts, and it's how admins reach you. Players who haven't linked can't play ranked games.

It says my UID is not on a team. +

Your captain needs to register the team first. Once they have, enter your UID again on the Link page.

It says someone else already linked my UID. +

We've been notified. If the account is yours, an admin will move it to you. You don't need to do anything else.

Can I play on two teams with two accounts? +

No. Each player can play for one team per season, whichever account they use.

Can we change players mid-season? +

Yes, in the transfer window, which opens on Day 3. You can add or drop players, but not move between tiers, and never go over seven.

What if a screenshot is missing? +

Your team's placement still counts. Individual kills for that game may show as unavailable until we sort it out.

How do I report a rule break? +

Use the Report page on this site, signed in with the Discord you linked. Add a screenshot or a clip as proof, on the day, before 23:00. You will see the staff decision on the same page.

How do I dispute a result? +

Message an admin on the SSR Discord within 24 hours of the result being posted. After 24 hours, results are final.
